Business Challenge

Following its NCQA accreditation initiatives and ongoing organizational growth, a regional Medicaid health plan recognized the need for a standardized learning program to ensure employees possessed the knowledge and skills required to consistently perform their roles while meeting regulatory and operational expectations. Minimal to non-existent training varied across departments, creating opportunities to improve consistency, onboarding, and workforce readiness.

The organization engaged C Suite Assets to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive enterprise training curriculum aligned with Medicaid operations, NCQA standards, and departmental responsibilities. The objective: a sustainable learning framework supporting employee development, operational excellence, and long-term organizational success.

  • Active monitoring of attendance and assessment data to support completion and pass-rate targets
  • Post-training support and recommendations for ongoing curriculum governance

The program closed with testimonials from learners — and recognition of the engagement, adaptability, and partnership sustained throughout a complex, multi-cohort initiative.
