Patricia Howard is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of C Suite Assets, a healthcare advisory firm dedicated to helping healthcare organizations navigate operational complexity, strengthen performance, and deliver measurable transformation across an increasingly fragmented healthcare system.

Prior to founding C Suite Assets in 2024, Howard built a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in healthcare operations. She began her career on the front lines supporting consumers and steadily advanced to senior executive leadership roles within several of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale operational functions and managed organizations of more than 2,300 to 6,000 employees across diverse healthcare markets and product lines.

Howard has held senior leadership roles with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Magellan Behavioral Health, UnitedHealth Group, Optum360, Highmark Inc., and Point32Health, an integrated delivery system formed through the combination of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. In these roles, she was responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle operations, leading multidisciplinary teams while driving operational performance, cost management, and system-wide efficiency.

Her expertise spans the full healthcare delivery ecosystem, including payer and provider operations, behavioral health, revenue cycle management, and integrated delivery systems. Known for her ability to operate seamlessly from frontline operations to executive leadership, Howard brings a practical and strategic perspective to addressing the systemic challenges facing modern healthcare organizations.

Through C Suite Assets, Howard partners with executive leadership teams to design and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance and accreditation readiness, enhance patient and member experience, and reduce unnecessary healthcare costs.

Howard also serves as a Board Member of the RWJBarnabas Health Monmouth Medical Center Foundation, where she contributes to governance and strategic initiatives that support the advancement of healthcare services and community impact. She is also a member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF), a global organization of distinguished women leaders committed to advancing leadership across sectors. She has also served on several healthcare and community advisory boards throughout her career.

Outside of her professional work, Howard remains deeply committed to community leadership and mentorship, supporting initiatives that advance healthcare access, leadership development, and youth opportunity. She and her husband, Carl Howard, split their time between New Jersey and Washington, DC, where they enjoy time with family and friends and remain actively engaged in the communities they serve.
